Marilyn was born in Fort Sill, Oklahama. She was in the Army, and travels quite a bit in the states. She enjoys visits to Barbados whenever time permits. She is a full time mother of five children, Lydia, Rebecca, Belinda, Allen and Quintan.
Her passion, though, is keeping Honey Bees! Yes, that's right! She plans to make candles that are made 100% of bee wax!
Marilyn is currently working on ways to help others experience the joys of bee-keeping!
"Yes, I'm really a beekeeper and my plan is to advance more in this field.
I enjoy keeping bees because I love honey, it's one of nature's true
true sweeteners and it's very beneficial healthwise. Secondly, I find it
interesting watching honeybees and the behavior of the insects. It's not just
a passion, but an art to me, a science and is very educational (and it was
practiced in ancient Eygpt. There are so many things I've learned about
beekeeping, like about wax, honey, and and there's still there is so much more to
learn as I continue my journey!"
I'm in category 2, I know what my passion is, and I'm looking for different ways
to make it profitable for me!
