We just want to wish you a happy and healthy holiday, and thank you for the tremendous guidance and support that you have provided with the book project.
This effort has more than exceeded reasonable expectations in large part because of the energy that you have brought in helping to frame the concept, chose the title, and select the packaging, as well as leading the book through the registration, printing, production, and distribution processes. You were able to make happen in just a few months what otherwise would have taken significantly longer to achieve.
The success of the book has made the year 2004 a milestone for someone who had a dream to write and have one published. I know that you will continue to help others be as successful in meeting their goals.
